These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and purchase of products from HEIM.PK . By accessing or placing an order, you agree to abide by these terms.

All product descriptions, images, weights, colors, dimensions, and prices are provided to the best of our knowledge. However, slight variations may occur due to differences in display devices, lighting, or natural materials.

Prices are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes (sales tax / GST) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. However, once an order is confirmed, the price as seen at checkout will be honored.

You may select one of our available payment methods (prepaid, bank transfer, credit/debit card, or Cash on Delivery). For prepaid orders, we expect full payment prior to dispatch. For COD, payment is collected at delivery, and cancellation of COD orders may incur a small fee or may not be possible once the item has been dispatched.

Orders can be cancelled by the customer before shipment. If you wish to cancel, contact our support immediately. If the item has already left our warehouse or been handed to courier, cancellation may not be possible, but you can still initiate a exchange under our policies.

We make reasonable effort to ensure the quality of products we sell. If a product is delivered defective or not as described, you must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery and provide evidence (photos/videos). Based on verification, we will offer repair, replacement, or refund as per the policy.

All content on the website including text, graphics, logos, images, design, trademarks, and product descriptions are owned by us or used with permission. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of our site without express written permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved amicably; if unable, you have the right to seek recourse through consumer courts or other relevant legal authorities in Pakistan.

If any part of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that part will be severed, and the rest of the Terms will remain in force.

We reserve the right to revise or amend these Terms without prior notice, but we will post the updated version on this website and indicate the effective date. Continued use of the site after notice of changes means acceptance of the updated Terms.
