Shipping policy

We deliver across all major cities in Pakistan through our reliable courier partners, TCS and Leopards Courier. For metropolitan areas such as Lahore, Karachi, and Islamabad, the typical delivery time is between 2 to 5 business days from the date of dispatch. For smaller towns, remote, or rural areas, delivery may take between 5 to 10 business days depending on courier routes and accessibility. Orders are usually dispatched within 1 to 2 business days after order confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Shipping charges vary depending on the weight and size of the package, delivery location, and any special handling required. Where applicable, we also offer free shipping on orders exceeding  PKR 25,000 in urban centers. A Cash on Delivery (COD) option is available nationwide, and a small handling fee may apply for COD services.

All items are packed with care using protective materials to minimize the risk of damage during transit, while breakable items are given special packaging. Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information via email or SMS so you can follow your parcel’s journey until it reaches your doorstep.

We strive to ensure timely deliveries but cannot be held responsible for delays arising from circumstances beyond our control, including courier delays, customs clearance (if applicable), traffic issues, natural disasters, or force majeure events. In case of a delay, you may contact our support team with your order number, and we will coordinate with TCS or Leopards Courier to resolve the issue promptly.
